I base this rating on my experience with the new area of the park and the potential this park has to be an excellent destination park. Keep in mind that this park is still a work in progress, and there are a few areas that still need some work, but the staff is friendly and energetic and it appears they are working hard to develop a nice park. Another reviewer mentioned the new bath house and it is a definite "10", but there are just two of these "family showers" - each has a commode, a double sink and a huge shower, but two showers for so many new campsites could lead to some long waits on busy mornings. There might be additional showers at the main building, but we were not able to tell. We went up there at 7PM to enjoy the game room, the exercise room and perhaps enjoy a coffee from the coffee bar, but everything was locked up tight for the night. Seems pointless to have these nice amenities if they are closed so early each day.

A very nice state park. As others mentioned, the interior roads are a bit tight, but most of the sites were quite large and deep. The walk out from the springs to the river is via an elevated boardwalk and a easy stroll from the campground.

All sites are pull thru sites - paved and level with a nice patio area. Sites are fairly large for this type of overnight park. Great park for a quick overnight stop - no need to unhook the trailer from your tow vehicle. All of the amenities are at the front of the park, it could be quite a walk from the back of the park to go swimming, do laundry or take a shower. Fortunately, the back area seems to be for seasonal guests and they keep a good number of sites near the front of the park open for overnight quests.

A very nice COE campground. A lot of the sites are waterfront, and at least in the area of the park where I was camped the second row of sites was elevated slightly so they have a nice view of the lake over the top of the folks in the waterfront sites.

This is a residence type park with a limited number of rental spaces available. Sites are large, paved and level and the park is easy to navigate. Free wi-fi worked well, as did the CATV service. Shower rooms are just showers - no sinks and no commodes - but were large, private and clean. Just 5 miles to Titusville and a good spot to watch Shuttle launches.

This is a "snowbird" park with a large percentage of full time or seasonal residents. About 35 of the sites are available for overnight guests and many of those are E/W only sites. But the park is well kept, quiet and in a good location with every conceivable type of store nearby. The residents I met were pleasant and I have always felt welcome there. There isn't a lot to do at the park, but it is a good base camp if visiting the area.
